摘要
在对氧化物渣系脱P脱S能力理论分析的基础上,研究了现行渣系脱P,S能力,提出了以CaO为基础,配与BaO系列渣系对钢中P,S进行综合处理,研究了其生产的理论可行性,并在实验室进行了炼钢试验。研究表明:新型渣系在缩短冶炼周期,提高炉渣脱P,S能力方面有独特的优势,取得了较理想的效果。
Baded on the theoretical analysis about the oxide's ability of dephosphorization and desuifation,the slag's ability of dephosphorization and desuifation is studied.A method is advanced that treats steel with the slag based on CaO and BaO,its theoretical possibility of production is studied and the series of experiments in laboratory are completed.The investigation shows that the slag with a preponderance has shorted the molten period,raised the ability of dephospherization & desulfation etc.and gained a better effect.
