摘要
为了分析汽车变速的动力传递路线,采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)完成了自动变速控制系统的硬件设计,并且进行了相关机械系统布局和机械变速控制方案设计,研究了换档的最佳控制和不同档位时的传动比;针对国内外汽车机械自动变速器(AMT)的产品变速原理与控制规律,提出了一套用于教学和变速原理演示的示教方案。试验结果表明:该系统操作方便,示教目的明确,能广泛应用于相关自动变速器、汽车、维修等领域的演示和教学。
Aiming at analyzing the transmission line of the force, the hardware of automatic control off mechanical transmission was developed using the programmable logic controller( PLC). The design of mechanical system and the programs of mechanical transmission were researehed. The teaching program used for displaying transmission was proposed for transmission principle of automatic mechanical transmission( AMT). The test results indicate that the system is easy to control and can be used for displaying and teaching in the areas of automatic mechanical transmission, car and car maintain.
