摘要
针对目前注塑机料筒因采用继电器、接触器控制加热器的通断从而易使温度产生过冲而降低了温度控制精度的局限性,研制了适用于注塑机料筒的数字式变功率加热装置,介绍了数字式变功率加热装置的工作原理、硬件电路设计以及工控机软件设计。研究结果表明,该加热装置能独立调节注塑机各段料筒加热器的加热功率,实现对注塑机料筒的数字式全自动变功率加热。
In order to improve the temperature control accuracy of the material canister of the injection molding machine, a digital variable-power heating device was developed which was suitable for the injection machine material canister. Meanwhile, the circuit design of the digital variable-power heating device, tire software design and the operating principle were introduced. The resuits indicate that this heating device enables different parts of the material canister of the machine to adjust their own heating power separately and simuhaneously, thus to control the variable-power heating to the injection machine material canister automatically and digitally.
