摘要
作者从挤出机或注射机螺杆的实际工作状态出发,确定螺杆的工作应力为变应力,分析了目前螺杆设计时所用的静强度计算的缺点,提出了按变应力进行疲劳强度计算的方法,并通过实例对两种计算方法作了比较。
Screw is an important component of the extruders and reciprocating injection moulding machines widely used in Plastic industries. In the light of the operation conditions of these machines, the stresses in tn the screws during their operation are regarded as variable stresses rather than stresses in steady State. The in adequa cies of the conventional design method based on Static strength are pointed out and a new design approach based on fatigue strength concept is proposed. As an example, ealculations using both methods are given and compared.
