摘要
乳腺癌干细胞是乳腺癌组织中极少数具自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的细胞,与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关。CD44、CD24、B38.1和ESA等表型标志物和标记滞留细胞、侧亚群细胞、细胞内乙醛脱氢酶1等功能性标志物可为乳腺癌干细胞提供重要的分离和纯化依据,与乳腺癌的转移和预后密切相关,对于研究乳腺癌的生物学特征、调控机制以及靶向治疗有着重要意义。
Breast cancer stem cells have self-renewal and muhilineage differentiation capacity which closely related to origin or progression of breast cancer. Phenotype markers which related to metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer including CD44, CD24, B38.1 and ESA and functional markers including label retention cell, side population and aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 are critical for isolating or purifying breast stem cells. This has important significance for the research of biologcal characteristics, regulatory mechanism and targeted therapy in breast cancer.
