摘要
简单介绍了剪切力对植物细胞产生的影响，并对剪切力对植物细胞的损伤机理、研究方法以及悬浮细胞培养生物反应器设计等方面进行了评述．
This paper reviews the effects of shear stress on plant cells in suspension. Mechanisms of damage to plant cell, methods for evaluation of shear effects and implications on bioreactor design are also discussed.
