摘要
采用青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)和中国大学生压力量表对295名大学生进行问卷调查.结果表明:①大学生在时间效能感量表存在显著性别差异,在时间监控观量表存在显著的文理学科差异,在时间监控观量表、时间效能感量表存在显著年级差异;②大学生压力不存在性别差异,大学生在压力总分和个人烦忧量表上存在显著的文理学科差异.③大学生时间监控观、时间效能感与压力存在显著的负相关.时间价值感与学习烦忧存在显著的负相关,时间监控观以及时间效能感与压力各个分量表均存在显著的负相关.④大学生时间效能感对压力有显著的预测作用,时间价值感与时间监控观可以通过时间效能感来影响大学生的压力水平.结论:时间管理倾向是影响大学生压力的一个重要因素.
Using Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale （ATMD） and Development of Stress Scale for Chinese college students, the present study conducted a questionnaire on 295 college students, and yielded the following results. Firstly, there is significant gender difference in college students＇ time efficacy scale, significant difference between students of liberal arts and students of science in terms of time control scale, and significant grade difference in time control scale and time efficacy scale. Secondly, no significant gender difference is found in the stress of students, but there is significant difference between students of liberal arts and students of science with respect to their total scores in stress scale and their personal hassle scale. Thirdly, there is significant negative correlation among students＇ time control, time efficacy and stress. Significant negative correlation is also found between sense of time value and learning hassle, and also among time control, time efficacy and the sub - scales of stress. Lastly, the study further indicates that students＇ time efficacy can significantly predicts the existence of stress, and sense of time value and time control exerts impact on students＇ stress by means of time efficacy. The study concludes that time management disposition is an important factor that influences students＇ stress.
