摘要
通过文献资料调查法、数理统计法和专家访谈法,就湖南省青少年业余田径训练可持续发展的概念及其内涵、指导思想和战略目标问题等进行研究分析,认为湖南省青少年业余田径可持续的发展应加强政府的宏观调控,调整项目结构;加强教练员队伍建设,落实可持续发展观;制定青少年业余田径训练后备人才的选拔制度;改革目前的青少年田径竞赛制度以及收缩项目加强管理;加强青少年田径后备人才与教育结合.
By means of the research methods of literature, mathematical statistics and interviewsto experts, this paper studies the definition, connotation, the guiding principles and the strategic target of the youngster＇s amateur athletic training in Hunan Province. It suggests to strengthen the macro - control ability of the government and restructure the project; intensify the training of coaches and carry out the sustainable development; draw up system for the selective of the reserved talent for the youngster＇s amateur athletic training; reform the current competition system of the youngster＇s athletic and concentrate the project as well as enhancing management, improve the reserved talent of the youngster＇s in athletic conbined with education.
