摘要
本文在总结汶川地震抗震救灾医疗救援麻醉工作的基础上,针对军队应急卫勤分队的性质与任务,探讨地震医疗救援对野战麻醉工作的启示。提出了加强应急卫勤分队麻醉工作管理、改进或研制适合野战麻醉需求的设备、提高特殊环境下麻醉复苏救治水平等建议,对提高军队应急卫勤分队麻醉保障能力具有借鉴意义。
Based on the practice of medical rescue of Wenchuan earthquake and the nature and responsibility of military mobile medical unit, the author discussed the enlightenment and lessons from the practice of medical rescue of earthquake to field anesthesia. At first, strengthen the organization and work of anesthesia in military mobile medical support team. Secondly, improve or develop equipments for field battle anesthesia. Thirdly, improve the a- bility of anesthesia and resuscitation under special environments. All these methods would be helpful to improve the support lever of anesthesiology in the military mobile medical unit.
