摘要
目的探讨地震救援中在帐篷内对伤员施行手术的麻醉与管理方法。方法对2000余例地震救援中帐篷内手术根据伤员情况采用局部麻醉或氯胺酮静脉麻醉。术中未能施行常规监测。结果几乎所有伤员均可达到理想麻醉效果,未出现严重麻醉意外,麻醉药用量明显减少。结论地震救援中帐篷内手术局部麻醉和氯胺酮静脉麻醉是较好的麻醉方式,且麻醉用药量应较常规大幅减少。
Objective To explore the anesthetic management for the wounded underwent operation in tents in earthquake disaster area. Methods More than 2,000 patients were done operations under local anesthesia or ketamine intravenous anesthesia and did not implemented routine monitoring. Results Almostly, every patient achieved the satisfactory effect of anesthesia, no serious accident appeared, and anesthetics consumption decreased conspicuously. Conclusion In the earthquake pain relief, local anesthesia and ketamine anesthesia are safe and effective, and the dosage of anesthetics should be substantially reduced compared with in conventional.
