摘要
随着经济的迅速发展和产品产量及消费量的急剧增长,城市配送工程在百货业的发展中起着越来越重要的作用。通过对若干大型超市物流配送的调查,建立了大型超市物流配送效率的影响因素概念模型,提取了诸如库存管理、人员配置、经营管理、配送模式、流程控制和可延展性六大因子,并对大型超市物流配送未来的发展提出若干可操作性建议。
With the rapid development of economy , the sharp increase in consumption and output of products in recent years, the role of city distribution process playing in grocery business is more and more important . In this article, with an investigation into distribution logistics of supermarkets, it built the factors that have a great effect on the efficiency in distribution logistics of large stores and a conceptual model .and abstracted the six elements, such as storage management, the division of labour between staff members, logistics management, distribution model, process control and extension. Also, it have made some pratical suggestions on the future development of the distribution logistics in supermarkets.
