寡果糖对小鼠肠道内双歧杆菌的促生作用 被引量:1

摘要 用清洁级BALB/c小鼠研究自制寡果糖(FOS)制剂对肠道内双歧杆菌的促生作用。结果表明,每天以50mgFOS给小鼠灌胃,其粪便中双歧杆菌数从第7天起比对照组和每天给5mgFOS的小鼠明显增加,并一直保持较高水平。停给FOS后动物粪便中双歧杆菌数并未立即下降。在臭氧环境中饲养的小鼠其肠道双歧杆菌数下降,而每天灌胃给予50mgFOS可使其肠道双歧杆菌基本恢复到正常水平。 The growth - promoting effect of a fructo -oligosaccharide preparation(FOS) on Bi- fidobacterium in vino was studied in BALB/c mice. The BALB/c mice were given ig with 0, 5,or 50mg FOS daily for 21 days respectively. From the 7th day the flora of B. adoles- centis in the faeces of BALB/c mice given with FOS 50 mg/d were found to be significant- ly higher than those of the mice given with FOS 0 or 5 mg/d and maintained at such lev- els. They were not diminished immediately after the administration period. Besides, the flora of B. adolescentis in the faeces of BALB/c mice reared in O3 atmospheric environment were diminished, but improved significantly when the mice were given ig with FOS 50 mg/d. The results indicated that FOS could promote the growth of Bifidobacterium in vi- vo.
