摘要
目的探讨60岁以上老年人动态心电图(DCG)心律失常的特点。方法对500例DCG心律失常进行分析。结果500例共检出心律失常983例次,房性心律失常最多见(64.09%),其次是室性心律失常(24.92%)、窦性心动过缓(4.98%)。结论心律失常是老年人致死的重要因素之一,要及早诊断,及时予以治疗。
Objective To explore the characteristics of arrhythmia found in dynamic electrocadiogram （IhCG） in elderly patients above 60. Methods 500 cases of DCG arrhythmia were analyzed. Results Among the 500 cases,arrhythmia were detected 983 times. Atrial arrhythmia was found most （64.09 % ）, the next was ventricular arrhythmia（24.92%） and the third was sinus bradycardia（4.98%）. Conclusion Arrhythmia is an important factor causing the death of elderly people and should be diagnosed early and be treated in time.
