摘要
目的对ACL9000型全自动血液凝固分析仪(下称血凝仪)中的VonClauss法和PT-der法(PT演算法)定量测定纤维蛋白原(Fib)进行评价。方法用混合血浆测定二者的精密度;临床样本同时用两种方法进行检测,将结果按VonClauss法测得的Fib含量分5个水平进行分组比较,并进行统计学分析。结果ACL9000型全自动血凝仪中的VonClauss法和PT-der法二者精密度良好;当Fib为1.00~4.00g/L时,二者测定结果差异无统计学意义,Fib>4.00g/L时,后者测定的结果偏高。结论用ACL9000型全自动血凝仪测定Fib时,可先用PT-der法获得Fib值,当Fib在1.00~4.00g/L时结果可直接报告,当Fib<1.00g/L或>4.00g/L时再用VonClauss法复查,二者结合应用可获得快速、经济、可靠的Fib值。
Objective To study the Von Clauss method and PT-derived method of detecting fibrinogen by ACLg000 automatic eoagulometer. Methods Mixed plasma was determined repeatedly to evaluate the precision of two methods . The samples from the clinic were detected by two methods with the coagulometer at the same time, and the results of the measuring fibrinogen were compared by using the statistical method. Results There was no significantly statistical difference (P〉0.05) when the level of fibrinogen is from 1.00 to 4.00 g/L . There was significant difference (P〈0.01)when the level of fibrinogen is higher than 4.00 g/L. The PT-derived method tended to overestimate the fibrinogen results compared to the Von Clauss method. Conclusion In routine work, when fibrinogen result is more than 4.00 g/L or less than 1.00 g/L by PT-der method, it is necessary to replace the results by Von-Clauss method. Fibrinogen assay is a fast,economical and reliable way if the two menthods of the coagulometer are conducted at the same time in the test.
