摘要
新世纪,一体化网络已逐渐成为跨国公司的主要组织形式。通过对跨国公司内部知识转移的相关文献综述,着重从一体化网络组织理论的角度对跨国公司内部知识转移影响因素进行分析,再结合案例验证,得出结论并提出相应建议。
In the new century, Integrated Network has gradually become a main organizational form of transnational corporations. Through the review of the pertinent literature about the knowledge transfer within TNCs, this article analyzed the factors emphatically from the angle of Integrated Network Theory, then on the combination of actual cases, get conclusions and put forward corresponding suggestions.
