摘要
目的探讨四磨汤口服液对胃肠功能紊乱的作用机制。方法将45只小鼠随机分成正常组、四磨汤组和模型组,采用束缚结合寒冷刺激等物理因素造成应激性胃肠功能紊乱小鼠模型,连续给药14d后,观察小鼠体质量改变情况;用半固体糊灌胃法检测胃排空和小肠推进功能;放射免疫法检测血清胃泌素(Gastrin)水平。结果四磨汤组小鼠体质量较模型组明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);四磨汤组胃排空和小肠推进功能及血清胃泌素含量均降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与正常组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四磨汤对应激性胃肠功能紊乱具有抑制胃肠运动和内源性胃泌素释放作用,可能是其治疗亢进型胃肠功能紊乱的作用机制之一。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Simo decoction on gastrointestinal functional disorder. Methods Forty-five mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal group, Simo decoction group and model group. The models of gastrointestinal dysfunction were induced with physical factor like binding, hot and cold. After 14 days administration, the change of mice's weight were observed, the functions of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion induced by semisolid nutrient medium and the gastrin of blood serum were detected with RIA. Results The mouse weight in Simo decoction group significantly increased compared with the model group (P〈0.01);, the gastric emptying and small intestinal motility and gastrin levels in Simo decoction group were lowered compared with the model group(P〈0.05), was not significant compared with normal group(P〉0.05). Conclusion Simo decoction can restrain gastrointestinal motility and the release of endogenous gastrin to irritable gastrointestinal dysfunction, which is the mechanism to treat sthenic gastrointestinal dysfunction maybe.
