摘要
通过Pro-Engineer建立了永磁直流牵引电机结构的三维模型,在ANSYS仿真环境下,对永磁直流牵引电机装配体结构进行了非线性接触有限元分析,确定了在不同螺栓预紧力的作用下,牵引电机前后端盖的应力分布状况,为电机前后端盖结构的设计与优化提供依据,同时,在结构实际装配过程中利用动态应变仪,对电机前后端盖局部关键区域进行了应力应变测定,实验和数值计算结果对比表明,所进行的非线性的接触分析是可靠的。
Through the large-scale modeling software Pro -Engineer, a permanent magnet traction motor of the DC three-dimensional model was established. In the ANSYS environment,the nonlinear structure contact finite element analysis of the traction motor assembly was simulated to compute the motor cover stress distribution under the bolt preload. The stress and strain experimental results of the motor and numerical simulation results have very little error,so it can conducted that h is reasonable and reliable by the non-linear contact analysis.
