摘要
文章通过对医学人文和医师职业精神两者在发展中水乳交融的关系入手,分析了医学人文在当代医疗过程中日渐缺失的现状及医学人文对医师职业精神建设的重要意义,从而提出要在医学人文信仰、医务人员人文素质、医院人文环境、自我规范和激励约束机制以及人文实践等方面积极重构医师职业精神。
The article, starting from the reciprocally interactional relationship between medical humanities and physicians＇ professionalism, aimed to analyze the current status of medical humanities which were neglected increasingly in the contemporary medical process as well as its significance in the construction of physicians＇ professionalism. Then the authers put forward the proposal of remodeling the physicians＇ professionalism through the various aspects including beliefs and quality of medical humanities,hospital humane environment,self- regulation, incentive and restraint mechanisms and humane practices, etc.
