摘要
研究氧化铝吸附醇溶性磷脂中磷脂酰乙醇胺的动力学行为。结果表明:氧化铝吸附磷脂酰乙醇胺的吸附速率曲线表现为一级动力学特征;用孔扩散方程对氧化铝吸附磷脂酰乙醇胺的吸附速率曲线进行拟合,各相关系数都大于0.99,表明孔扩散是该吸附过程的主要控制步骤,但由于其拟合直线都不经过原点,表明它不是唯一的控制因素。所以,认为膜表面扩散与孔扩散共同影响氧化铝对磷脂酰乙醇胺的吸附过程。
The thermodynamic behavior of phosphatidylethanolamine in Alcohol-phospholipid adsorbed by aluminum oxide was studied in this paper. The results showed that adsorption rate curves is in line with the charaeteristics of first-order kinetics. Because correlation coefficient that adsorption rate curves were fitted by hole diffusion equation is bigger than 0.99, it is showed that hole diffusion process is a major step. However, due to fitting a straight line is not through the origin point, it is showed that hole diffusion is not the only controlling factor. So Membrane surface diffusion and hole diffusion combined effect of alumina adsorption process on phosphatidylethanolamine.
