利用噬菌体裂解法检测脑脊液中结核杆菌在临床上的应用与评价
摘要
结核病是一种较严重的传染病，目前的疫情较严重。结核性脑膜炎患者也不少。然而在结核性脑膜炎早期实验室诊断上，细菌学方法存在一定程度的局限性。脑脊液中结核菌的检查方法常采用涂片和培养。细菌学的直接涂片和新涂片的方法（夹层杯法）虽简单易行，但阳性检出率太低。培养虽为金标准比涂片阳性高，但由于结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液中结核杆菌数量绝大多数很少，
