摘要
目的探讨噬菌体裂解法快速检测胸水中结核分枝杆菌的临床应用价值。方法应用噬菌体裂解法和涂片法、L-J培养法对116例临床确诊胸水结核患者的胸水标本进行结核杆菌的检测。结果噬菌体裂解法阳性率79.3%(92/116),与涂片法31.9%(37/116)相比有显著差异(P<0.05),与L-J培养法74.1%(86/116)相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论噬菌体裂解法检测结核分支杆菌具有灵敏度高、特异性强、快速、简便、安全等优点,并且检测出的是活菌。
Objective To explore the value of phage-based splitting assay in fast detecting mycobacterium tuberculosis in the pleural fluid.Methods 116 pleural fluid of tuberculosis were detected with phage-based splitting assay, smear method and L-J culti- vation.Results 79.3% of samples was positive by phage-based splitting assay,which was significantly deviated with smear method (31.9%) but not significantly deviated with L-J cultivation(74.1% ). Conclusion Phage-based splitting assay is fast,safe and convenient method to detect the viable organism of mycobacterium tuberculosis with high sensitivity and specificity.
