摘要
由于谷胱甘肽S-转移酶（Glutathione S transferases，GSTs）有重要的临床意义，因此本文就其生物学特性、在恶性肿瘤诊断及治疗中的应用进行扼要的阐述。
Because of the important clinical significance of Glutathione S transferases, this article reviewed the bionomics, and the clinical application in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor.
