经尿道汽化电切术治疗高危前列腺增生86例临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化(TUVP)治疗高危前列腺增生(BPH)的安全性及围手术期处理。方法回顾性分析86例高危重度BPH患者采用经尿道前列腺电汽化术治疗的临床资料。结果手术出血少,疗效满意,术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及生活质量评分(QOL)明显下降,未出现严重的并发症。结论TUVP是治疗高危前列腺增生安全性高、易掌握、并发症少、疗效确切的方法。
