摘要
通过分析视力与屈光间质混浊程度一致及不一致的原因,系统地阐述从眼表组织至眼内组织中能够导致视力障碍同时与病变损伤程度相符合的原因,分析阐明视力与屈光间质混浊程度不一致的疾病。这在临床上往往造成误诊和漏诊。强调临床医生在诊断中应合理地运用一元论方法、遵照循证医学的规则,综合分析疾病,正确辩证施治,进一步提高诊疗水平。
This article expounds the reasons of disturbing vision according with the damage severity from ocular surface to intraocular tissues, in the mean time, it clarifies the reasons of disturbing vision not according with the refractive medium opacity, which intend to be ignored and misdiagnosed in clinic. The mononism is emphasized to be used for doctors to analyze, diagnose and treat the diseases properly at the early stage abided by medical evidences, in order to improve the level of diagnosis and therapy and serve the patients better.
