老年冠脉支架术后患者长期应用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷的疗效及安全性 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察老年冠脉支架(PTCA)术后患者长期应用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷的疗效及安全性。方法选取老年冠心病急性冠脉综合征PTCA及药物洗脱支架治疗患者50例,随机分为两组,每组25例。两组术后均常规口服阿司匹林和氯吡格雷12个月,之后联合用药组继续服用两种药物,阿司匹林组仅服用阿司匹林,继续随访观察6个月,分析临床症状、心电图、超声心动图、血细胞分析、肝功能、肾功能、凝血检查,观察药物的疗效及不良反应。结果联合用药组总有效率为96%,阿司匹林组总有效率为76%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血细胞分析、肝功能、肾功能、凝血检查比较无统计学差异。两组均未出现严重岀血、颅内出血?〗崧邸"⑺酒チ趾吐冗粮窭锥岳夏旯诼鲋Ъ苁鹾蠡颊哂辛己玫牧俅擦菩Ъ?安全性。
