摘要
为缩短挖掘机设计周期,提出利用SolidWorks对其工作装置进行部件级参数化建模,采用SolidWork无缝集成插件COSMO-Smotin进行了工作装置运动仿真,得到铲斗位移—时间、速度—时间、加速度—时间曲线变化图,仿真结果可优化挖掘机设计。
In order to shorten the design cycle of the excavator, the parametric modeling of working device on the component level by SolidWorks was advanced . Then, motion simulation was proceeded with COSMOSmotin ,which is a plug-ins of SolidWorks,and speed ,acceleration ,position and time curve diagram were obtained . It provides the basis of optimal design of excavator.
