摘要
利用吸附-流化床技术对酵母废醪液进行了干燥处理.在实验中采用麸皮、草籽、豆渣、糠粉为吸附载体,研究了吸附载体种类对流化床吸附干燥的影响,探讨了干燥过程中粒径、料液质量混合比对床层流化效果的影响.结果表明,麸皮类具有较好的干燥特性,且料液质量混合比低于1:0.7时,流化效果较好.
The drying kinetics of yeast spent solution was studied by means of adsorption-fluidized bed technology. Wheat bran,grass seed,bean dreg and rice bran powder were used as adsorptive carriers. The drying effect of carrier types on sorption drying kinetics was experimentally carried out. Fluidization characteristics were discussed with considering the effect of carrier size and mass ratio of carrier to spent solution. Results show that wheat bran as adsorption carrier has good drying kinetics,and that fluidization quality is good for mass ratios of carrier to spent solution lower than 1 : 0.7.
