摘要
相比固定床技术,流化床技术能够强化气固两相之间的催化反应、传质和热量传递,对于强放热的甲烷化催化反应来说是最具发展潜力的新型技术之一。本文针对典型的流化床甲烷化技术及研究进展进行了总结和分析,从反应机理、工艺与反应器、催化剂三个方面对国内外相关研究成果进行梳理。经过对国内外研究进展的综合分析,认为虽然流化床甲烷化相比固定床甲烷化有明显优势,但目前流化床甲烷化技术距离工程化仍有一些问题有待研究和解决,并给出需要进一步研究的方向建议。
Compared with fixed bed technology, fluidized bed can enhance the catalytic reaction, mass transfer and heat transfer between gas and solid phases. Because the methanafion reactions are highly exothermic, fluidized bed methanation becomes one of the most promising new methanation technologies. The research progress of fluidized bed methanation technology and reasearch achievements were summarized from aspects of reaction mechanism, process and reactor, and catalysts. Through comprehensive analysis, it is believed that, compared to fixed bed methanation, obviously, the fluidized bed methanation has its advantages. But the fluidized bed methanation technology still have some problems to be studied and solved before it can be applied to practical engineering. And the directions of further research are suggested.
