摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法，对１２个花生根瘤菌株进行了酯酶同工酶分析。结果表明：不同花生根瘤菌株酯酶同工酶酶谱有较大的差异性，这些差异不与根瘤菌的生长类型呈规律性变化；同一菌株在不同碳源上酯酶同工酶酶谱也发生改变。
By using polyacrylamide to get electrophoresis, the esterase isozyme has been analysed for twelve Peanut Rhizobial strains. The results show that esterase isozyme of the different Rhizobium is different. There are changes of esterase isozyme with different carbon resources to Rhizobium Sp.
