摘要
不同浓度(200、500、800、1000mg/L)的氯化胆碱溶液浸种明显提高了水稻根、芽中内源生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、玉米素(Z)的含量,而对脱落酸(ABA)含量影响甚微;加速了种子内部的物质转化,使种子中的可溶性糖、氨基酸含量显著增加;从而促进了种子萌发,加速了幼苗生长。
Rice seeds were scaded with differeat concentrati on (100,500,800,1000ug/L) of choline chloride. The main results were as follows:Contents of endogenous hormone indole acetic acid (IAA), gibberelin(GA3), cytokinin (Z) in root and top of the young rice seedling wereincreased obviously, but abscisin (ABA) was not changed; Matterconversion in internal of seeds was promoted and contents of solvablesugar and amino acid were increased; Germination of seeds and growthof seedling was promoted.
