摘要
采用比色法测定脱氧核糖铁体系中银杏叶提取物(GBE)清除·OH的效果;化学发光法检测次黄嘌呤黄嘌呤氧化酶鲁米诺体系中GBE清除O·-2的效果。结果表明,银杏叶粗提物清除·OH和O·-2的效果均强于银杏叶精提物。探讨了GBE的抗氧化机理。
Spectrometer detected that Ginkgo biloba leaves extract (GBE) scavenges hydroxyl free radicals (·OH) produced in deoxyriboseiron system, and chemical luminometer detected that GBE scavenges superoxide anion free radical (O A-·XD 2) generated in xanthinexanthine oxidase system. The experiment showed that crude extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves exhibits stronger effect of scavenging ·OH and O A-·XD 2 than refined extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves. The antioxidant mechanisms of GBE were discussed.
