摘要
用30μm尼龙网将聚氯乙烯制作的根箱分为根室和外室,通过根箱试验模拟了玉米单作、花生单作、玉米/花生间作3种情况,研究了玉米/花生间作对土壤铁的有效性和花生植株铁营养状况的影响。结果表明,间作花生根际、土体中有效铁含量明显高于单作花生,其新叶中活性铁含量比单作花生高50%,其叶绿素含量比单作花生高4倍。间作明显改善了花生的缺铁黄化症状,提高了花生和玉米的产量。
The effect of maizepeanut intercropping on effecitve iron in soil and iron nutrition of peanut was investigated in the soil culture experiment. There were three treatments: Peanut monocrop, maize monocropping and maizepeanut intercropping. The plants were grown in sandy soil in pots with two compartments separated by 30 μm nylon nets, a central one for root growth and outer ones for soil. The results showed that intercropping improved iron nutrition of peanut. When peanut was intercropped with maize, the peanut had no iron deficiency, but peanut of monocropping treatment showed severe iron chlorosis on yang leaves. In intercropping, the active iron content of peanut of new leaves was about two times of that of monocropping, and chlorophyll content was about four times of that of moncropping. For different parts of peanut, the iron content of shoot, root and total plant was more than that of intercropping treatment. The intercropping of maize and peanut increased effective iron content in rhizosphere and bulk soil which play an important role in improving iron nutrition of peanut.
