摘要
在营养液培养条件下,研究了硼钙营养对2个硼利用效率不同的甘蓝型油菜品种顶叶和根中IAA含量的影响。结果表明,顶叶IAA在营养液中硼钙营养均供应不足时明显积累,在单一硼不足或钙不足时与硼钙正常供应植株无显著差异;根中IAA在硼、钙单一不足或均不足的条件下比正常处理含量低。推测硼、钙在油菜顶叶IAA的向根运输中共同发挥作用。
Influences of Boron and Calcium on IAA content in two rape varieties with different Boron efficiency were studied under the condition of nutrient solution culture. The results show that IAA in upper leaves accumulated when both Boron and Calcium are inadequate in solution, and it has no change when the supply of one of the two elements decreased alone. IAA content in roots decreased as both Boron and Calciun supply or one of them decreased in solution. It was estimated that Boron and Calcium together play a role in IAA polar transportation from upper leaves to roots in rape plants.
