摘要
提出了变频率振动钻削的新方法,对这种方法可提高微孔孔径质量的机理进行了理论分析,并用直径为0.28mm的高速钢麻花钻对柴油发动机喷油嘴常用材料18Cr2Ni4WA低碳合金钢进行了变频率振动钻削实验,结果显著提高了孔径质量。
A new method of varying frequency vibration drilling for micro holes is presented. This paper analyses the procedure of upgrading the quality of micro holes diameter by using this method. HSS twist drills with 0.28 mm in diameter were used for machining holes in low carbon alloy steel 18Cr2Ni4WA during the drilling experiment, evidently upgrading the quality of micro holes diameter.
