摘要
利用自行设计制造的激振装置和小直径内排屑深孔钻 ,成功地实现了对钛合金的轴向振动钻削加工 ,得到良好的加工效果 .在对振动钻削和普通钻削的加工过程和试验结果进行对比分析的基础上 ,得出结论 :振动钻削改变了钻削机理 ,改善了钻削条件 ,从而可明显地提高入钻定位精度 ,控制断屑过程 ,改善孔壁粗糙度和圆度 ,提高孔径尺寸精度 .振动钻削非常适宜于加工小直径深孔 .
Drilling hole by the drilling machine with axial low frequency vibration exciter was known as axial low frequency vibration drilling technique.In order to study the possibility of the application of this technique in deep small hole machining, a internal chip removal drilling machine with axial low frequency vibration exciter was designed, and it was successfully used in drilling deep small hole in titanium alloy. Compared with traditional drilling method, this vibration drilling technique changes drilling mechanism, improves drilling condition and the locating accuracy of entering drill, and can control the process of chip breaking. The machining accuracy of the drilled hole is higher than that of the hole drilled by traditional drilling method.
