摘要
目的:用指纹图谱技术评价反渗透工艺。方法:以中药挥发油含油水体超滤液为研究对象,进行反渗透浓缩实验,用HPLC测定原液和透过液的指纹图谱。结果:总峰面积截留率:复方63.5%、川芎75.3%、肉桂93.9%、丹皮78.8%、丁香83.8%、麻黄71.8%、苍术83.4%、当归85.2%。结论:反渗透技术浓缩挥发油中的小分子物质基本可行。
Objective ： Using fingerprinting technology to evaluation reverse osmosis technology. Methods ： Looking on oil - bearing water bodies uhra：fihrate of Chinese medicine volatile oil as the research object, do reverse osmosis concentrate experiment, determine fingerprinting of liquid and through liquid by HPLC. Results ： Retention rate of the total peak area ： Fufang 63.5 percent, Chuanxiong 75.3 percent, Cinnamon 93.9 percent, 78.8 percent Paeonol, Clove 83.8 percent, 71.8 percent Ephedra, Cangzhu 83.4 percent, 85.2 percent of Angelica. Conclusion：Reverse osmosis technology of volatile oil concentration of small molecules is basically feasible.
