摘要
目的:用指纹图谱技术评价反渗透工艺。方法:以中药挥发油含油水体超滤液为研究对象,进行反渗透浓缩实验,用HPLC测定原液和透过液的指纹图谱。结果:总峰面积截留率:复方63.5%、川芎75.3%、肉桂93.9%、丹皮78.8%、丁香83.8%、麻黄71.8%、苍术83.4%、当归85.2%。结论:反渗透技术浓缩挥发油中的小分子物质基本可行。
Objective : Using fingerprinting technology to evaluation reverse osmosis technology. Methods : Looking on oil - bearing water bodies uhra:fihrate of Chinese medicine volatile oil as the research object, do reverse osmosis concentrate experiment, determine fingerprinting of liquid and through liquid by HPLC. Results : Retention rate of the total peak area : Fufang 63.5 percent, Chuanxiong 75.3 percent, Cinnamon 93.9 percent, 78.8 percent Paeonol, Clove 83.8 percent, 71.8 percent Ephedra, Cangzhu 83.4 percent, 85.2 percent of Angelica. Conclusion:Reverse osmosis technology of volatile oil concentration of small molecules is basically feasible.
