复方中药膜分离工艺和节能性研究 被引量:19

Researches on Separation Condition and Energy Efficiency of Membrane Technology in Complex Chinese Medicines

摘要 目的利用不同规格超滤膜对复方中药丹参芍药水煎液进行分离和反渗透浓缩,考察其有效部位分离的最适条件参数和浓缩节能性。方法采用正交设计,以复方有效成分丹参酚酸和芍药苷转移率为指标,考察提取液pH值、温度、操作压力对膜分离的影响,并比较反渗透膜浓缩与减压浓缩对其质量和能量消耗的影响。结果以10 000Da的超滤膜分离时获得的产品纯度高,损失小。最佳分离条件为:pH 5,温度40℃,操作压力0.3 MPa。反渗透膜浓缩产品质量显著改善,有效成分的保留量高于减压浓缩的1倍以上,而其直接能耗只有其1/10,时间为其1/5。结论膜分离和浓缩用于复方中药的分离是可行的,可显著改善品质和节约能源。 Objective To find out the optimum conditions of separation by ultra filter and energy efficiency by reverse osmosis in complex Chinese medicines. Methods Effective parts from the complex of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Paeonia Lactiflora were extracted with water, then passed through ultra filter. Optimum ultra filter separating conditions such as pH, temperature and operating pressure were observed by evaluation based on total transfer rate of salvianolic acids and paeoniflorin. Energy efficiency in concentration was discussed in terms of direct energy consumption. Results 10000Da ultra filter membrane increased the purity of product and decreased the loss, better quality of the extract was obtained if it was ultrafiltered in pHS, 40℃ with pressure of 0.3MPa. Compared with vacuum vaporization, reverse osmosis improved the quality of extract significantly with more than one times higher level of effective parts, 1/10 energy and 1/5 time consumption. Conclusion It is practicable that membrane separation and concentration are used in the extraction of effective parts from complex Chinese medicines.
