摘要
从鹅血中提取血红蛋白,采用双酶水解法,分离提取血红蛋白肽。通过正交实验设计优化了中性蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶水解法的最佳酶解条件,通过离心透析进行粗提,脱色脱苦,经离子交换色谱、凝胶过滤色谱及高效液相色谱法等手段后得到血红蛋白肽。
Extracting the hemoglobin from the goose plasma, abstract and get out the hemoglobin pep- tide using the method of step-by-step hydrolysis of the double enzyme (dispase and caroid). The article optimized the best terms of enzymolysis through the perpendicular experiment, miserable extracted the hemoglobin peptide, and at the mean time, undertook decolourisation and debitterized by eccentric and dialyze functions. Eventually, higher purity hemoglobin peptide can be obtained by the means of ion exchange chromatography,gel-filtration chromatograph and HPLC.
