摘要
教师由于其职业的特殊性,承受着来自社会意识、学校管理及自身因素等方方面面的压力,这些压力会直接或间接地影响着教师群体的心理健康,导致职业倦怠的发生。预防教师职业倦怠,需要从优化社会心理环境、引入人性化的学校管理机制、教师的自我调试等方面解决。
Because of the particularity of the job itself, teachers bear a lot of pressures coming from social consciousness, school management, their autologous elements and some other aspects. All these pressures influence the teachers' psychological health directly or indirectly, thus lead to their profession taedium vitae. In order to solve the problem, we have to optimize the social psychological environment, introduce the humanization manage- ment, encourage serf- adjustment, and so on.
