摘要
通过对船体振动信息的采集、分析和处理,可以寻找出船体振动与船载设备故障之间的规律,为后续船舶维修和设备改造提供依据。对船舶振动监视与分析系统的设计思路和实现方法进行了阐述,并在实际的航天测量船上进行了测试。结果表明,本系统具有灵敏度高、成本低、体积小、使用方便等特点,可以广泛应用于各种大型船舶设备的振动测试中。
We can find the law between the ship shake and equipments fault via acquiring,anglicizing and processing of the ship shake information,which can afford basement for ship maintain and equipment alteration. This article expatiates on the design idea and implements of the system, and put on test on the actual ship. Tests show that system takes on the merit of high sensitivity,low cost,low volume and convenient usage,and can widely apply to the shake measurement of large-scaled ship.
