摘要
作为"中国宪法之父",张君劢一生致力于实现民主宪政理想。这一理想的思想基础是英国政治学、传统儒家的德治主义和卢梭、费希特、黑格尔政治哲学的混合体,主要内容则是本着权力与自由"求其相剂于平衡"的指导原则实现欧美式的民主政治。但由于主客观因素的制约,其民主宪政理想最后不免走向了幻灭。
As ＂father of Chinese constitution＂ ,Zhang Junmai was devoted to realizing the democratic ideal of constitutional government in all his life. Thought foundations of this ideal are Britain＇s political science,virtue doctrine of the traditional Confucian school and mixture of political philosophy of Rousseau, Fichte and Hegel. The main content is to realize American and European style democratic politics with balance between power and freedom as guideline. However,because of the restriction of the main objective factors, his democratic ideal of constitutional government moved towards vanishing into thin air unavoidably finally.
