摘要
以U型翅片单排椭圆管为研究对象,给出其传热过程的物理模型,通过流固界面传热耦合,应用计算流体力学(CFD)软件,对不同迎面风速下翅片换热特性进行数值模拟;并利用"场协同理论"进行分析,得出了翅片管换热量与迎面风速的关系以及最佳翅化比,为U型翅片管的设计提供参考。
The characteristics of U-finned tube was analyzed, the physical model of the heat transfer process, which defined by the condition of coupled heat transfer of liquid-solid interface, was established and simulated by CFD software, and "field synergy principle" is used. Then the relationships of the values of under different frontal wind velocity with the U-finned tube heat transfer were investigated, also the best finned ratio was obtained. They have great value in designing U-finned tube.
