摘要
基于ε-NTU方法,建立了百叶窗翅片微通道换热器的数值模型。模型计算值与实验结果一致性较好,偏差在7%以内。研究了翅片参数对于换热器性能的影响,结果表明翅片间距对于换热量的影响较大,减小翅片间距可增加17%的换热量;相同的迎风面积和翅化比下,增大翅片高度对于换热器性能影响不大,但可以降低20%的换热器成本。
Based on ε-NTU method, a numerical model of microchannel louver fin heat exhanger has been established. Simulation Model is in good agreement with the experimental results, with deviation of less than 7%. The effect of fin parameter on the heat transfer has been studied, and the results show that fin pitch have a great effect on the heat transfer rate, decreasing the fin pitch can improve the heat transfer rate by 17%. Increasing the fin height has little effect on the heat exchanger performance, but it can decease the heat exhanger cost by 20%.
