International Education Policies Are in Transition in Globalization Process

摘要 随着全球化进程的推进,世界大部分国家政府和院校都出现了教育在认识与结构上相同的发展态势,教育政策在目标、内容与实施方面出现了跨越国界的转移而呈现某种趋同。教育政策转移被认为是形成国际教育政策趋同的重要因素。20世纪80年代以来,在全球化力量的推动下,国家之间的教育相互依赖与竞争得到进一步加强,国际教育政策转移迈入新的发展时期。西方国际比较教育学领域,正日益兴起关于国际教育政策转移的一系列相关研究。 This paper discusses the development of educational policies transfer since 1990s, and intro-duees the background and the main issues of the transition of international Education policies.
