摘要
针对传统的下套管作业易引起粘卡事故的问题,研制了一种下套管灌浆装置。该装置可以通过使用更换转化接头的方式,在顶驱和转盘钻机上互换使用,使用中与下套管作业的顶部驱动系统连接或与转盘钻井的游车连接,依靠顶部驱动系统或转盘钻井的游车将循环下套管装置的防顶卡瓦、胶皮封隔器、导引头一起插入到套管内,利用胶皮封隔器的自动封堵作用,边下套管边灌钻井液或建立循环。现场4井次的应用情况表明,使用该装置累计节省完井时间17h,保证了套管的顺利下入,达到了预期的设计指标,节约了钻井成本。
In light of the problem that sticking will occur in the operation of running casing,a kind of running-casing grouting device was developed. Adopting the replacement of conversion joint,the device can be exchanged in use in cap drive and rotary rig. In use,it can be connected with the cap drive system of running-casing operation or with the idle car of rotary drilling. Depending on the cap drive system or the idle car of rotary drilling,the up-running preventing slip,rubber packer and introduction sub of the circulating running-casing device are all inserted into the casing. Using the automatic plugging of the rubber packer,the casing is run while drilling fluid isgrouted or circulation is established. The field application shows that use of the device has saved 17 hours in well completion,ensuring the smooth running of casing and saving the drilling costs.
