摘要
随着甘肃省经济的快速发展,科技研发水平和规模也大幅提升,呈现科技工作者积极申请和实施科技重大专项的良好局面。甘肃省科技厅秉承科技重大专项实施的省部原则以及规范要求,客观地进行了监督、评估工作。根据此次评估实施中的原则、方法、指标等关键要素,进行了经验总结,目的在于为今后甘肃省重大专项以及其他相关项目的评估提供借鉴。
Along with the rapid development of the economy of Gansu Province, both the level and scale of sci-tech R＆D increase dramatically, presenting a good situation that scientific workers apply and implement actively major S＆T special projects. Gansu Science and Technology Office has carried out objective supervision and evaluation based on the provincial and ministerial principles for the implementation of major S＆T special projects and specification requirements. This paper sums up the experiences based on the principles, methods, indexes and other key factors adopted in the implementation of the evaluation.
