摘要
文章针对目前中国石油化工股份有限公司胜利油田分公司胜利埕岛油田面临的大部分海洋平台设计使用寿命与开发年限存在较大差距的现状,提出了以磁致伸缩导波检测为主并辅以其它水上及水下无损检测技术进行平台结构水上及水下部位的全面检测,和利用ALGOR软件进行包括平台设计水平评估、极限承载能力分析、损伤及缺陷分析、疲劳寿命分析、延寿措施与优化、延寿后的状态评估在内的延寿评估方案。
In Shengli Chengdao Oil Field, there was a big difference between the design service life and oil development time for the most of marine platforms. Extensive examinations of both above water and under - water portions of platform structures were performed mainly by magnetostrictive guided wave technique supported by other non - destructive examinations. The ALGOR software was applied to assess the service life extension schemes, including platform design evaluation, limit bearing capacity analysis, damage and defect analysis, fatigue life analysis, life extension measures and optimization and assessment of after - life - extension conditions
