摘要
文章在简述实验教学对光信息人才培养的重要作用的基础上,从实验平台的硬件建设、师资队伍建设、平台的分层次建设、校企联合建设、网络实验平台的建设、实验平台的运行等方面,阐述了江南大学在光信息实验平台方面所进行的教学研究和实践探索,并取得了较好的效果。旨在通过对实验平台的建设,切实提高教与学的质量,培育出21世纪具有一定能力和创新精神的人才。
Based on the importance of experimental teaching in cultivating optic information talent, the reformation of teaching and practical exploring of optical information laboratory is investigated from various aspects, such as hardware eonstruetion of experimental platform, construction of the staff, hierarchy of the experimental platform, joint education of school and enterprise, network platform for the construction of the experimental, running of the experimental platform. Through the construction of the experimental platform, and effective improvement of the quality of teaching and learning, we are going to culture talents with certain capacity in the 21st century.
