摘要
通过对吉林大学白求恩医学院实验教学中心教学改革成果的总结,从实验室建设、实验课程体系的构建、实验教学模式和教学方法的改革诸方面,详细阐述了以学生为主、以创新能力培养为核心的教学理念对实验教学的指导作用,及其在实验教学中的具体体现,并由此产生的巨大效果和引起的强烈反响。提倡实验教学改革要坚持以创新能力培养为出发点,以充分发挥学生的主观能动性为落脚点;在实验室建设中,优化配置,整合资源,集中财力物力;在课程体系构建中,开动脑筋,努力创建丰富多彩的教学模式和行之有效的教学手段。更快更好地培养适应社会发展的创新性人才。
This paper summarizes the results of the reform in Department of experimental teaching demonstration center, Norman Bethune Medical College, Jilin University, and describes in detail in the aspects of the laboratory building, the construction of the experimental curriculum system, experimental teaching mode and teaching methods the reform which centers on students in order to foster innovation capability as the core of the teaching philosophy of the guiding role of the teaching experiment, analyzes the experimental teaching in the specific embodiment and the resulting effects which causes a huge strong response. Experimental teaching reform advocates to adhere to the innovative capacity - building as the starting point, to bring into full play the initiative of students for the end - result ; In the laboratory construction, optimal allocation, integration of resources, to focus on financial and material resources; In the course of system construction, to use our brains, and strive to create a variety of effective teaching models and teaching methods, in order to train faster and better abilities to meet the social development of innovative talent.
