摘要
辽宁老工业基地新型工业化水平高于东北区的吉林和黑龙江以及全国平均水平,正处在新型工业化中期,但经济发展模式仍然粗放,"三高一低"产业仍然占有重要地位。辽宁沿海经济带和沈阳经济区两大区域新型工业化面临不同的区情和问题,应该实施不同的区域发展模式。
The level of new-type industrialization in Liaoning is higher than Jilin and Heilongjiang in the Northeast region as well as the national average. Liaoning is in the middle stage of new - type industrialization, however, the pattern of economic development is still too much extensive and expensive and the ＂three high and one low＂ industries still occupy an important position. The Liaoning coastal economic belt and the Shenyang economic zone are facing respectively their own regional conditions and problemsin the development of new - type industrialization. Therefore different patterns of regional development should be employed.
